1. Introduction and Consent

jitbaj (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the jitbaj website and all associated services.

By registering on our platform, logging in, or using any service, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the jitbaj platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into a legal agreement.
• You must not have any prior account ban order against you.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at jitbaj, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any unearned bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform may request identity verification documents (national ID card, passport or driving licence) at any time. Completing identity verification before withdrawal may be mandatory. If the required documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jitbaj currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Using a payment account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from an account in your own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry
• If any misuse or manipulation of bonuses is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled
• If multiple accounts from the same household or the same device claim a bonus, all bonuses will be cancelled
• jitbaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.4 VIP Program

The jitbaj VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher levels can be reached through regular play, and weekly cashback is available ranging from 0.2% at Bronze to 1.0% at Diamond.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jitbaj is committed to ensuring fair play. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which determines each outcome impartially. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game and the result cannot be confirmed, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. jitbaj is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits are displayed on the game screen. jitbaj reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

6.4 Game Operator Instructions

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. A player may raise an objection about a game result, but the objection must be submitted through the designated process and the company's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or "bonus hunting" to take advantage of bonus offers
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system or game software
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening or defaming other users
• Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Colluding with other players or staff to influence game outcomes

8. Data Protection and Privacy

jitbaj is deeply committed to protecting users' personal information. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account (subject to wagering conditions being met).

9.2 Closure by jitbaj

jitbaj may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to submit identity verification documents
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Legal order or regulatory obligation

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. Administrative charges may be applied to inactive accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

jitbaj is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account (where user negligence is involved)
• Financial losses incurred through gambling — the player is solely responsible for their own betting decisions
• Service disruption due to external causes (cyber attacks, natural disasters, government orders)
• Any bug or discrepancy in third-party game software

In any circumstance, jitbaj's total liability will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
